Nova is a personal assistant that connects to services you already use — your calendar, your email, your phone — and acts on your behalf when you ask it to. It is operated by an individual, not a company.
Nova is invite-only. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Don't share your invite with people you wouldn't hand your inbox to. One person per account.
Nova is an assistant, not a professional. It is not financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. It can be wrong: it may misread an email, miss a deadline, or misjudge a plan. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard for anything that truly matters.
Nova runs on a single small server. It may go down, lose a feature, or change without notice. Backups run nightly, but no guarantee of uptime or data preservation is offered or implied.
Nova is currently free for invited users while it's small. If paid plans begin, you'll be told clearly before anything is charged, and you'll be able to keep using what you already have or leave with your data.
You can stop using Nova at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — it will be, permanently. Access may be withdrawn if an account is used abusively or puts other users at risk.
Nova is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for losses arising from your use of it — missed deadlines, sent messages, or decisions made on its suggestions.
