Download everything Nova holds about you as one readable file — your conversations, notes, ideas, tasks, goals, contacts, training log and profile. Access tokens and payment details are deliberately left out so the file is safe to keep.
Erases everything, permanently and immediately: every conversation, note, idea, task, goal and contact, your profile, and Nova's access to your Google account, which is handed back to Google. It cannot be undone and there is no backup to ask for afterwards.
To answer you, Nova sends your messages — and the parts of your email and calendar it needs — to two AI companies: Anthropic (chat, texts and note-taking) and OpenAI (live voice calls and transcription). They process it to produce the answer. Your data is never sold, and it is not used to train their models.
You agree to this once, by name, before Nova starts. You can withdraw that agreement at any time — Nova can't do much afterwards, so it will tell you plainly what stops working.
Google Calendar and Gmail (only if you connect them), your phone number for texts and calls, and — if you set it up — the Messages app on your own Mac. You can disconnect any of these without deleting your account.
Nova is an AI and it can be wrong. Every answer it gives has a report button next to it; a report goes straight to a real person, not a queue.
